Products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated during the process of ordering. Our standard articles are generally sent within 2 working days. For personalized articles, the delivery date is to be agreed upon between the two parties.

The deliveries are carried out only on working days. We decline any responsibility with regard to the delivery for the articles. If your transmitted information is inaccurate, sCHNOw Sàrl can not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering and for not respecting deadlines. For deliveries out of Switzerland and the European Union, the customs duties and other possible taxes are the responsibility of our customers.

All our deliveries made to Switzerland are cleared by our care and are delivered as imported goods.
